Provide troubleshooting and repairs on various types of fire and security panels.

Role and Responsibilities
- Respond, Diagnose, and resolve service issues.
- Demonstrate competency in the maintenance and repair of fire alarm, security, access control, and CCTV systems.
- Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure, maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
- Solid technical skills and experience related to fire alarm and/or security systems.
- Solid programming skills and proven to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. (Works with a variety of hand and power tools.)
- Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Great customer communications skills.
- Great communication skill with their supervisor and office personnel.
- Familiar with various dialers.
- Clean background record
- Clean Driving record
