Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities

  • Respond, Diagnose, and resolve service issues.
  • Demonstrate competency in the maintenance and repair of fire alarm, security, access control, and CCTV systems.
  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure, maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
  • Solid technical skills and experience related to fire alarm and/or security systems.
  • Solid programming skills and proven to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. (Works with a variety of hand and power tools.)
  • Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Great customer communications skills.
  • Great communication skill with their supervisor and office personnel.
  • Familiar with various dialers.
  • Clean background record
  • Clean Driving record
