Objective:
Provide troubleshooting and repairs on various types of Nurse Call panels.
Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Respond, Diagnose, and resolve service issues.
- Demonstrate competency in the maintenance and repair of all nurse calls systems.
- Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure, maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
- Solid technical skills and experience related to nurse call systems.
- Solid programming skills and proven to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. (Works with a variety of hand and power tools.)
- Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Great customer communications skills.
- Great communication skill with their supervisor and office personnel.
- Familiar with various manufacturers (Jeron, Ascom, etc…)
- Fire Alarm License
- Clean Background Record
- Clean Driving Record
- Pass Drug Test
