Objective:
Provide troubleshooting and repairs on various types of Nurse Call panels.
Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Respond, Diagnose, and resolve service issues.
  • Demonstrate competency in the maintenance and repair of all nurse calls systems.
  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure, maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
  • Solid technical skills and experience related to nurse call systems.
  • Solid programming skills and proven to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. (Works with a variety of hand and power tools.)
  • Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Great customer communications skills.
  • Great communication skill with their supervisor and office personnel.
  • Familiar with various manufacturers (Jeron, Ascom, etc…)
  • Fire Alarm License
  • Clean Background Record
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Pass Drug Test
