Objective:
- Focus on making outbound calls to customers along with sending emails to collect on their delinquent invoices.
- Improve collections of the over 60 days and current balances monthly and work towards lowering past due balances & increase cash flow
- Send statements to customers as requested
- Research all past dues, short pays, unapplied payments, and disputes.
- Work closely with A/R manager to complete Liens/Bonds notices in a timely manner, in order to meet deadlines on a monthly basis.
- Notarizing letters, making copies of letters, creating mailing labels.
- File notices in our file room
- Process credit card payments via phone or square.
- Scan/save documents in our electronic folders
- Process deposits for payments received as needed.
- Minimal skip tracing online to search for new information for our customers.

Schedule: 40 per week, 8-hours, Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person, in office
Ability to reliably commute/relocate: Houston, TX 77040 (Required – Prior to Start)
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
- Account analysis: 1 year (Required)
Pay range: $55,000-$60,000 / year
